Our Health Clinics

With over 60 years of continuous service under our belt, we are proud of where we have come from, and are committed to where we are going. Chambers Health is a community based and driven organization and operation.

Our Health Centers

The foundation of any and all health care delivery system is the primary care provider; the “doctor’s” office. At Chambers Health we currently have two sites; Bayside Clinic and West Chambers Medical Center. We now offer dental services at Bayside Dental, located inside Bayside Clinic.

Chambers Health’s clinics are conveniently located in Anahuac on Ross Sterling (FM 563) Drive, and in Mont Belvieu across from Barbers Hill High School on Eagle Drive (FM 3180). Staffed by licensed and certified personnel, including Board Certified Family Practice physicians, our clinics provide comprehensive primary care services, as well as serving as the entry point to the wide array of programs and services provided by Chambers Health.

Our professional staff provides a wide range of capabilities and experience. This structure was designed to take care of the entire family, from infants to grandparents. We are here to help you through the many stages of life. As an integral part of the Chambers Health family, our mission is “To identify and serve the healthcare needs of the community, providing the best care possible.”

Both of Chambers Health’s primary care sites are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC); a “Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).” FQHCs are community-based organizations that provide comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including medical, oral, and mental health/substance abuse programs and services.

We are a community-based provider. Our focus is you; our goal is your satisfaction.
