Medical Assistant – Chambers Health, through its outpatient clinic sites, Bayside Clinic in Anahuac and West Chambers Medical Center in Mont Belvieu, is recruiting for a full time Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Applicant must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical clinic, while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude in all dealings with patients, families, visitors, and co-workers. 

Registered Nurse (Full-Time and PRN), Bayside Community Hospital  – Bayside Community Hospital currently has openings for PRN Registered Nurse. Hours and shifts vary. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines relating to a hospital setting (Med Surg, Emergency). CPR required and ACLS preferred prior to applying. – Sign on bonus available for full-time position.

Fitness Instructor (PRN) –  The Group Fitness Instructor will prepare and lead a fun, safe and effective group class based on the class description, offering modifications for less experienced or more experienced clients as needed.

Registration Clerk (Full-Time) – Chambers Health is seeking a Registration Clerk to assist in greeting and checking in patients, enter and verify patient information, and navigate a multi-lined phone system. 

Medical Lab Technician (Full-Time) – We are looking to add to our Laboratory team to assist in performing routine medical laboratory tests and will assist in laboratory operations.  MLT, ASCP, CPT or AMT certification required. 

Registration Coordinator (Full-Time) –  is accountable for the patient’s first impression of the organization by making patients feel safe, cared for and respected with an emphasis on customer service. They are responsible for the complete patient registration process.

Administrative Assistant (Full-Time) – Administrative Assistant will support the Clinic Executive Director in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant and familiarity with healthcare, we’d like to meet you.

Outreach Coordinator (Full-Time) – Our Clinics are growing and seeking an Outreach Coordinator to serve as an advocate and liaison between the Institute and community agencies and the populations served.   The Outreach Coordinator will also assist with scheduling appointments, provide health education, create, and maintain resource list, provide educational presentations to the community, work at health fairs and community events, maintain outreach calendar, provide referrals to needed services and provide support and follow-up to patients. 

Clinic Operations Leader (Full-Time) – The Clinic Operations Nurse supports the mission of Chambers Community Health Center, Inc. (CCHC) by providing care in a clinic environment. This position will work collaboratively with the Clinics Director of Nursing and all internal and external customers in compliance with each of the CCHC core values. 

Texas Health Steps Registered Nurse (Full Time) – The Texas Health Steps (THS) nurse supports the mission of Chambers Community Health Center, Inc. (CCHC) by providing care in a clinic environment. He/she works collaboratively with all internal and external customers in compliance with each of the CCHC core values. Additionally, as the THS nurse the RN is assigned to complete Texas Health Step medical screenings under direct physician supervision. Direct supervision meaning either on site during the checkup or immediately available to furnish assistance and direction to the RN during the checkup, according to Department of State and Health Services requirements.

Registered Nurse Clinical Care Coordinator (Full-Time) – The Clinical Care Coordinator plays an important role in the support of the mission of Chambers Community Health Centers, Inc. (CCHC), and they lead the patient through their healthcare needs by providing excellent customer service while assessing, implementing, and evaluating their individual cases.  They are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete medical records of the clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system.  They also compile and report for health requirements and standards.  This position works as a member of the patient-centered medical home care team to coordinate patient care and support patients and families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.  Care team members assess and manage the health needs of the patient population and communicate effectively with all patients, especially vulnerable populations.

Clinical Systems Analyst (Full Time) – The Clinical Systems Analyst ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Systems Department. This role supports all clinical applications deployed within Chambers Health.   

Information Technology Manager (Full Time) – The IT Manager manages the network and server infrastructure of a company. The primary duties are the security of the company’s computer systems and electronic data, development and implementation of customized systems and overseeing all computer-related activities.

Information Technology Service Desk Analyst (Full Time) – The IT Service Desk Analysts will provide technical support to users. Respond to incoming requests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues with computers. They also perform technical maintenance and software installations and updates.

Respiratory Manager (Full-Time) – The Respiratory Manager will be responsible for specific and general management duties, overseeing of departmental operation, marketing, budget, planning, and all other aspects of departmental operations.

Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) – The Nurse Practitioner is a licensed independent practitioner who is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for the perioperative patient in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status)
