Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) – We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. This position will be based out of West Chambers Medical Center.
Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (Part-Time) – This position will work under the direction of a Licensed Professional Counselor. LPC – intern will provide vaping education to various school age groups, maintain accurate clinical documentation, provide counseling in a school-based setting amongst other clinical duties. Position requires a Master’s Degree Social Worker, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health, Community Counseling, or School Counseling.
Medical Assistant – Chambers Health, through its outpatient clinic sites, Bayside Clinic in Anahuac and West Chambers Medical Center in Mont Belvieu, is recruiting for a full time Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Applicant must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical clinic, while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude in all dealings with patients, families, visitors, and co-workers.
Registered Nurse (Full-Time and PRN), Bayside Community Hospital – Bayside Community Hospital currently has openings for PRN Registered Nurse. Hours and shifts vary. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines relating to a hospital setting (Med Surg, Emergency). CPR required and ACLS preferred prior to applying. – Sign on bonus available for full-time night position.
Project Manager (Full-Time) – The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Information Technology Director (Full-Time) – We are looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions in our company. You will manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. An excellent IT director is very knowledgeable in IT and computer systems. They have a solid technical background while able to manage and motivate people. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives. The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company.
Telecommunications Director (Full-Time) – Will manage all aspects of telecommunications networks for the clinic settings. This position will also manage the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Executive Administrative Assistant (Full-Time) – Bayside Community Hospital is looking to add to our administrative team. Duties of the Executive Administrative Assistant will support The Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity with healthcare, we’d like to meet you.
